By registering your child, you are agreeing to the following:

• By registering your child with Oliver Brown Dance Academy, you confirm that:

• I give permission for OBDA teachers to provide appropriate physical guidance or support where reasonably necessary for teaching, correcting technique or ensuring my child's safety during classes.

• I give permission for my child to be photographed and/or filmed, and for Oliver Brown Dance Academy and its teachers to use these images and videos on the academy's website, social media channels and other marketing materials. I understand that I may withdraw this consent at any time in writing, although this will only apply to future use and not to images or videos already published.

• I agree for Oliver Brown Dance Academy to use my contact details to send important information about classes, events, progress updates, promotions and special offers. My details will never be shared with third parties except where required by law.

• I confirm that the information I have provided is accurate and that I have parental responsibility (or the appropriate legal authority) to register this child.

• I confirm that I have read and agree to Oliver Brown Dance Academy's Child Protection Policy and Privacy Policy, both of which are available on our website.
