9.30-10.30 Wednesday- Denbury
Join Megan for an hour of blissful ballet. Learn basic exercises at the barre and in the centre, listening and dancing to your favourite music. Ballet is brilliant for realigning posture, flexibility and strength. A full body workout that is kind on your body and soul. Classes available for all levels including absolute beginners.

A fun way to shake off stress and dance to all the jazz classics. Learn simple tap routines. Megan goes through tap technique as well as teaching a routine. In the words of Fred Astaire “Do it big, do it right and do it with style” All levels including absolute beginners.
