Regular dance activity can help maintain cognitive function, improve cardiovascular fitness and can greatly improve balance.
Dance has been shown to lift mood more than exercise by itself and Megan strives to make friendly, fun classes all can enjoy.

9.30-10.30 Wednesday- Denbury
Join Megan for an hour of blissful ballet. Learn basic exercises at the barre and in the centre, listening and dancing to your favourite music. Ballet is brilliant for realigning posture, flexibility and strength. A full body workout that is kind on your body and soul. Classes available for all levels including absolute beginners.
Currently on Monday mornings 9.30am to 10am and Thursday evenings 8-9pm
Dance yourselves fit with one of our adult fitness classes
Both classes are at The Buckland Centre, and will focus on dance fitness, stretch, legs, bums and tums. They will be very informal, fun and you can take all the exercises at your own pace.
